Bend + Breakfast

75 minutes // Open Level

An open-leveled flexibility training class that is thematically organized around breakfast foods (as all classes should be!). In these classes you will be led through a series of exercises to increase your range of motion in both passive and active ways, working towards larger peak postures as listed in the class title.

Pancakes for Bend + Breakfast focuses: Middle splits, Frogs, + straddles/pancake peak postures. These drills focus mostly on hamstring + adductor lengthening, hip flexor + quad strengthening,

Back-bending Edition focuses: Spinal extension in both symmetrical and asymmetrical backbends. Peak postures include wheel variations, forearm wheel, chest stand, bow pose, cobra variations, standing scale, back-bending in lunges, camel, cobras, etc.

Class culminates in the option for us to eat the very foods we organized our bodies to look like, so get your pancakes and your breakfast burritos ready!

Bodyweight Sculpt & Conditioning

60 minutes // Open Level

Let’s get quaran-toned! This class is a high-intensity workout that is a combination of yoga, body weight stabilizing + conditioning , cardio, and core exercises all choreographically sequenced to an up-beat playlist! Weights are optional to enhance the workout.

FLEX: Hips + Hammies Happy Hour

60 minutes // Open Level

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere - what a beautiful excuse to move our bones and stretch our bodies! This open-level flexibility training class specifically focuses on mobility exercises for your lower body (hip flexors, quadriceps, hamstrings, and your inner thighs). See you at happies!

FLEX: TWISTY TUESDAY

60 minutes // Open Level

Welcome to Donna’s #pretzelarmy! This open-level flexibility training class helps you increase your range of motion in twist-focused postures. You can expect a lot of spinal twists, arm binds, forward folds, side bends, and human pretzel material in this class. Come ready bend your body and twist your bones! 

*A strap is highly recommended for this class

INVERTED - Handstands, Arm Balances, and Inversions

75 minutes // Open Level

Fall head-over-heels in love with arm balances + inversions in this open-leveled handstand class! Together we will explore various conditioning drills, inversions, arm balances, and handstand shapes. Many options and progressions will be offered to support all levels. Make sure you have some wall space cleared for class!

POLE FUNDAMENTALS (BEG/INT)

75 minutes // Beginner/Intermediate (ability to invert not required)

We are putting the FUN in pole FUNdamentals! This class explores a range of fundamental pole techniques that will offer you a strong technical foundation in your pole dancing journey. Creative variations and progressions of these fundamental techniques will be offered to challenge all dancers in the zoom room!

Spinny Pole (Intermediate +)

75 minutes // Intermediate and up (comfortable being inverted on a spinning pole)

Centripetal force is a biiiiitch but we love her anyway! In this class we will look at a variety of conditioning exercises, mounts, and combinations specifically on a spin pole. We will examine techniques and strategies to stabilize your body on a spinning apparatus, various shapes, and transitions between movements when going what feels like 100 miles/hour. You can expect to leave this class feeling dizzy from all your gains!

Big Moves, Short Ceilings - INT/ADV Pole Tricks

75 minutes // Intermediate / Advanced (must be comfortable with inversions + leg hangs)

Let’s do some freakin’ sweet things in questionably sized vertical spaces! In this class you will learn Donna’s signature pole tricks and combos - a mix of things that are dynamic, flexibility based, and abstract!

DYNAMIC LOW FLOW

75 minutes // Open Level

Where flow meets fire - unleash your most bad-ass self in this open-leveled low flow class! This workshop focuses on dynamic movements around the base of the pole and breaking down the coordination that is required for these techniques. Be sure to bring your quick-fire muscles!

InvertABLE - Living Room Edition

Coming to a living room near you... InvertABLE - Living Room Edition! is an open-leveled class offering a range of progressions for various conditioning drills, arm balances, inversions, and using your iKEA furniture in ways you have never imagined 😉. There will be lots of options along the way, so even if you are newer to getting upside down, this is for you!

POLE’OGRAPHY

75 minutes // Open Level

Pole’ography is a dance-based pole class in which we learn and break down choreography that focuses on stringing together movement patterns that combine moving into and out of the floor, dance technique, and a variation of codified spins and strength-based movements on and around a static pole. This class offers strategies and techniques to improve and apply a dancer's strength, movement pick up, musicality, technical proficiency, performative qualities, and artistry.
