An open-leveled flexibility training class that is thematically organized around breakfast foods (as all classes should be!). In these classes you will be led through a series of exercises to increase your range of motion in both passive and active ways, working towards larger peak postures as listed in the class title.

Pancakes for Bend + Breakfast focuses: Middle splits, Frogs, + straddles/pancake peak postures. These drills focus mostly on hamstring + adductor lengthening, hip flexor + quad strengthening,

Back-bending Edition focuses: Spinal extension in both symmetrical and asymmetrical backbends. Peak postures include wheel variations, forearm wheel, chest stand, bow pose, cobra variations, standing scale, back-bending in lunges, camel, cobras, etc.

Class culminates in the option for us to eat the very foods we organized our bodies to look like, so get your pancakes and your breakfast burritos ready!
